What’s your processing time?
We typically take 1-2 business day to process your order. However, during extremely busy periods or holidays, this can take 3-4 days. Once orders are processed, shipping times vary depending on the selected rate.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Reach out to hi@irisundies.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help before your order is processed. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.
What are your shipping rates and options?
We ship through USPS, with options for Standard (3-4 days) and Express (1-2 days).
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (3-4 days) is a flat rate of $8 and Express shipping (1-2 days) is a flat rate of $20.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer an Express 1-2 day shipping option.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to reducing waste, we do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. We understand that this policy may not work for everyone, but it allows us to stay true to our mission of offering exceptional products with minimal environmental impact. Once your order is processed, we’re unable to make any changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
Missing or Stolen Packages
What is Route Package Protection?
Route is a package protection solution that helps insure your order in the event that your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. In this scenario, Route’s support team will either replace or refund your order based on your preference. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my Iris pieces?
While each product's care instructions can be found on the specific product description page, our general recommendation is to machine wash cold and tumble dry low. We highly advise against the use of acid-based chemicals and chemical sprays, and recommend using gentler and non-toxic detergents to keep your Iris at its best.
Our favorite non-toxic detergent is Branch Basics.
Sizing
How do I know my size?
All of our pieces run true to size, but fits vary. Please reference our size guide for measurements.
Gift Wrapping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We are able to gift wrap any order. Upon checkout, add one of the Iris gift boxes to your cart, and we will gift wrap for you!
How do I add on one of the Iris gift boxes to my order?
Upon checkout, you will have the option to add gift boxes to your order. If you are placing an order that requires multiple gifts, please note what you would like wrapped in each box in the order notes section.
Which gift box should I order?
We have two sizes of gift boxes. Our small espresso box is 9.5" x 6.25" x 4.5" and fits up to 8 pairs of undies, 6 bras, or 4 tanks. Our medium marble box is 12" x 10" x 4.5" and fits up to 20 pairs of undies, or any combo of our bras, tanks, and lounge pieces. They also make beautiful decor or storage after unwrapping!
